Positive Male Initiative: Young Black and Hispanic males are becoming an endangered species in our inner city neighborhoods given the rise in homicide, drug addiction, incarceration and the impact of the AIDS epidemic. Our Rite of Passage and the Road to Manhood program provide us the excellent opportunity to Reach out to 100 plus young men annually and hopefully put a break on this downward spiral incarceration, recidivism, high youth unemployment and vicious cycle of violence.
